From there, we find the shape that serves you best.

One-to-One Work

Deep, personal, unhurried. We work together in regular sessions,  online or in person - moving through the layers of your transition with care and intention. Some people come for a contained piece of work. Others stay longer as the journey unfolds. We follow what is needed.

Packages

For those who want a clear container a beginning, a middle, and a place to land. Packages offer structure without rigidity, holding you through a defined arc of change.

Group Circles

There is something irreplaceable about witnessing and being witnessed. In small, intimate groups, we gather around the themes of the liminal - grief, identity, becoming. You are not alone in this crossing, and sometimes hearing another's story unlocks something in your own.

Retreats

Deeper immersions for those ready to step away from ordinary time and give themselves fully to the work. Held in carefully chosen spaces, retreats create the conditions for genuine threshold crossing.
